Gül Ruscuklu has over fifteen years of successful experience in corporate law, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, negotiations, domestic and international arbitration, mediation and media and entertainment law. Recognized consistently for performance excellence and contributions to success in initial public offering projects, international investment law, negotiations, mediation and arbitration. In 2017 she passed the Mediation Exam and became a registered mediator.  She is a specialized mediator in labor law and commercial law.

Gül Ruscuklu founded our firm in 2012. At the beginning she focused especially on enforcement law, family law, rental agreements, establishment of LLCs and claims for damages. In due course, she continued her education with courses and seminars about international arbitration and mediation. She started to organize conferences, courses and networking events with the purpose of growing arbitration and alternative dispute resolution in Turkey. She became the ICC YAF Representative for Turkey and continued her duty until March, 2017. She is the pioneer of the “Young ISTAC Future Arbitration Counsel Competition” idea and one of the founders of Young ISTAC platform. She organised and spoke at numerous worldwide conferences about international arbitration, institutional arbitration and mediation. Supporting development of arbitration and mediation in Turkey has been her natural volunteer activity, specifically between the years 2012  and 2018. Currently she continues her support to the arbitration and mediation community in various platforms.

Lately, her practice focused on Capital Markets, M&A projects, mediation, counseling media and production companies, counseling associations and foundations, corporate and commercial law, inheritance law, labor law, press-labor law and family law.
